#Head of Sales

We are looking for a highly talented and enthusiastic sales head at Flits, with an excellent understanding of SaaS sales strategy, E-Commerce Industry, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through market research, mail marketing, networking and social media

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads

  • Establishing sales channel

  • Setting up meetings with potential clients(International) and listening to their requirements and concerns.

  • Onboarding, product demo to enterprise clients

  • Understand client requirements and share with the team, so we can improve product.

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to onboard new clients and expand our customer base.

  • Working closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies

  • Understanding the competitive landscape and market trends

  • Effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships

Key Skills

  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with others

  • Awareness of SaaS platforms and E Commerce

  • IT skills

  • Numerical skills

Work Experience & Education

  • Should have at least 1.5 years of experience in working over custom apps

  • B.E/B.Tech (10+2)

Office Working days: Monday to Friday

Saturday & Sunday Off

Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
