Flits Privacy Policy:

Flits provide Summarize customer data into one place including store credit, reorder, recently viewed products, customer profile, delivery address, change account password, an advance dashboard to merchants who use Shopify to power their stores. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the App in connection with your Shopify-supported store.

Note: We use Theme app extension (since: Dec 19, 2023) and Checkout extension (only for Shopify plus users since: Aug 14, 2023) as per Shopify guidelines

Personal Information the App Collects When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of informaread_content: Shopify account:

read_content:

Read Access to Article, Blog, Comment, Page, and Redirect. We provide Link store page feature using this API.

read_orders, write_orders:

Manage Access to Order, Transaction and Fulfillment. We provide Store credit rule using this API.

read_all_orders:

Manage Access to Older Orders, Transaction and Fulfillment. We provide Store credit rule using this API.

read_fulfillments:

Manage Access to Provide a store credit when order is fulfilled and download invoice based on Fulfilled.

read_gift_cards, write_gift_cards:

Manage Access to Display Gift card balance.

read_discounts, write_discounts:

Manage Access to combined discount code.

read_files, write_files:

Manage Access to Files for upload Invoice in Shopify files sections in Shopify Admin.

read_price_rules, write_price_rules:

Manage Access to Price Rules.We provide Store Credit using this API.

read_customers, write_customers:

Manage Access to Customer and Saved Search. We provide customer dashboard using this API.

read_products, write_products:

Manage Access to Product, Product Variant, Product Image, Collect, Custom Collection, and Smart Collection.We provide Wishlist feature using this API.

read_script_tags, write_script_tags :

Manage Access to Script Tag.We Use API to give customer tracking to store owner.(We are working on this. this is not live it is only in development.)

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our blog, website or app?

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience.

When do we collect merchant/customers information?

We collect information from you when you enter information on our site & once customer signup at your store.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, sign up for our newsletter, respond to any question or marketing communication, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

  • To quickly process your issue.
  • To send periodic emails for further updates.
  • To follow up with them after correspondence (live chat, email). This may involve use of third party service providers.

We collect your email address for -

  • Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions via mail/chat.
  • Market our feature updates and changes to our app to our mailing list or continue to send emails via third party service providers to our clients for an update.
  • We do not ‘sell’ your information to any third party app. Sale means contract of sale of goods is a contract whereby the seller transfers or agrees to transfer the property in goods to the buyer for a price.

Our Support team may request Screen Sharing through Team Viewer or Any Desk if required.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since the browser is a little different, look at your browser’s Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

If you turn cookies off, some features will be disabled. that make your site experience more efficient and may not function properly.

However, you will still be able to place orders.

* We will delete all data related to your store/customers once you uninstalled our app.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it’s release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
