This Black Friday read about the 'Black' you can't use

Black, it's a colour we all love. Black is your go-to colour. Can't decide what colour dress to wear- that little black dress or that black Tshirt always comes to the rescue. For most of us, Black is just black, every other colour may have different shades but Black is black. When we buy a black dress online, we see if it's black or not we don't bother if it's the right shade of Black.
But today we are going to share with you a shade of Black that might be unheard. A few months ago this was the blackest of Black available on earth. For a very long time, Vantablack was blackest of Black. Though in a recent development MIT has created a black that is darker than Vantablack.
Vantablack became popular not because it was the blackest of Black but also because there is only one person on earth who has exclusive rights to Vantablack. His name is Anish Kapoor, he is a British Artist. If you don't recognize him you may have seen or heard about the Cloud gate in Chicago. He is the brain behind this beautiful creation. The funniest thing about Anish Kapoor is that he is also the only man barred from using the Pinkest Pink. This happened in retaliation to him acquiring the rights for using Vantablack.
What is Vantablack?
Vantablack, created by the scientific research company Surrey NanoSystems, is one of the darkest materials ever created, absorbing 99.96% of the light that hits it. It's not a colour or a normal paint but basically but a tiny forest of carbon nanotubes grown on a substrate. When light strikes Vantablack, it becomes trapped instead of bouncing off and is continually deflected between the tubes.

When Anish Kapoor acquired exclusive rights to using Vantablack, it sparked outrage in the artist community because they felt that the artist was monopolizing the use of the colour. To get back at Anish Kapoor, another artist Stuart Semple formulated the Pinkest Pink. The weird thing about Pinkest pink that it is available to everyone except Anish Kapoor. If you buy the pinkest pink it comes with a legal warning that 'By adding this product to your cart you confirm that you are not Anish Kapoor, you are in no way affiliated to Anish Kapoor, you are not purchasing this item on behalf of Anish Kapoor or an associate of Anish Kapoor. To the best of your knowledge, information and belief, this paint will not make its way into that hands of Anish Kapoor'.
Stuart also created black 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0. We now know that there are various versions of the colour black. Who knew that Colors could start a cold war. Probably this is what Black represents -Simple yet cold and astonishing.
